My Yard Story - I will bear a lot of Key lime 'Citrus Aurantifolia'

I love cook and most of Indonesian food needs key lime leaves in ingredients, so about two years ago, i bought little key lime plant when I starting stay at our new house. Now September 2013, and time running so fast. I don't realize that my little key lime plant already grew up into tree. :) and last week I saw some white cute flowers on every branches, and this morning I saw many little fruits. there are ten to twenty fruits on each branch. I think I will have lemonade party soon :D Its beautiful  ^ ^ and I'm so happy.

when I see all these fruits, I see that in our life we must bearing good 'fruits' everyday.

Gal 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Wedding Gift "from Couple to their best friends"

This is one of wedding gift that has been order from my customer lately, a couple husband and wife will send their mini figure to their best friend as a gift. The wife described their request quite details and I tried my best. she want light pink female headgear with hot pink band, pink glasses, white doctor coat and her stethoscope, blue jeans and blue flat shoes. and her husband quite simple, he wearing grey t-shirt, blue jeans, simple bag, a cap, and only wearing simple sandal. and they are holding little board "Forever Friends"

='D actually their skin should be darker but my customer like it, so I didn't changes their skin color. Hopefully their friend love this gift, whenever they see this clay, they must remember their lovely best friends :)

Wedding Gift "Penguin and Frog Clay" by KuroHouseofCraft

Last month I've got two handmade order for wedding gifts, both are clay.

This one is Penguin from "Yoohoo and friends" and the other one is the frog. My customer show me the photos of their doll version and I must make them real in clay version.  I thought that frog was keropi from sanrio but it isn't because it has different body. Anyway I was so excited....they're cute.. 

Actually my customer didn't request that wedding cake but I give it as a bonus, I thought they would be pretty if they standing on flowers stage with wedding cake. since they're only 6-7 cm tall, Pink Macaroons with heart shape topping would be suit to them. and I love it! ^ ^ thanks to Ms. Aish who order this clay from Pontianak, Indonesia. She said this clay would be shipped to Thailand as wedding anniversary gift. I hope they like it.

Kuro Coin Purse "Cute Fat Kitty" by KuroHouseofCraft

I made this purse when I  follow craft swap this month on IIHC group. I decided to make combination of patchwork and quilting (Trapunto quilt) for the application.

For the purse, I have an idea how if I combine Batik Cotton Fabric that I bought from Solo, Indonesia with Japanese Cotton  Fabrics (that pink polcadots and those cute square flower pattern fabrics), 

and for the application, I draw and make pattern on felt fabric, the kuro chan (my cat logo) in fat style and holding red fish (its common in Japan, well I don't know exactly the name..maybe "fortune cat (neko)?") and I was use trapunto quilt technique. Anyway  I want to show that I want to combine Indonesia and Japan style. I love this! Hopefully my craft swap partner would like it too. ^ ^

Craft Swap IIHC

IIHC (Ibu-Ibu Hobi Crafts) is one of crafts group that I followed. How lucky me, Mommykawai Nurul as the main initiator of this group has been chosen me as "admin". This group is full of womans with incredible creativity, many tutorials, crafts activities, etc. 
One of the Projects is called "Craft Swap", where everybody has swap partner and send each other their handmade craft refer to the theme that has been pronounced by group admin. Hm..insteresting is it?

Hadiah Sparkling Giveaway July 2013
