Chocolate Balls KuroHouse Secret Recipe




These chocolate balls... super yummy! I've improved the ingredients. It suits for family occasions or if you just want to share with your friends. and this is my kitchen motto, "Make your home as the most favorite restaurant for your family!"



Recipes: No need Oven... its the way too easy! 

Ingredients:
- 200 gram biscuit
- 1 cup chocolate condense milk
- 1 big chocolate bars, cut into pieces (This is the Secret! add if you want more, I use Cashew Chunky Bars)
- 3 Sp. Dark cocoa powder (Sift cocoa powder to avoid uneven chunks)
- 4 Sp. melted butter/melted margarine/Olive oil/Vegetable oil (choose any that you'd prefer)


Topping:
- Crushed peanuts/cashew, or
- Dark cocoa powder, or
- Refined sugar, or
- caramel, or chocolate chips, etc.. the topping is up to you

How to make:
1. Crush all the crackers
2. Melt the chocolate bars and dark chocolate powder (put the chocolates in the container <cup> made from glass/stainless then dip a half in the boiling water, stir slowly within 1-3 minutes until the chocolates melted.
3. Mix all the ingredients and stir its until well mixed
4. take one spoon of the dough, shape it into balls with your hands. 
5. Prepare the topping in small plate. If you use crushed peanut, just rolling the balls and press it a bit so the peanuts will attached to the chocolate balls. Put each balls into small paper cup.
6. Save the chocolate balls into refrigerator within 1 hour. The chocolate balls are ready!

Resep:

Bahan:
- 200 gram biskuit susu (mari tunggal/ regal)
- 1 Cup susu kental manis coklat
- 1 coklat batangan ukuran besar, potong-potong 
(Ini dia rahasianya, saya menggunakan Silverqueen Chunky bar)
- 3 Sdm. coklat bubuk (Ayak coklat bubuk untuk menghindari bongkahan yang tidak rata)
- 4 Sdm. butter cair/ margarin cair / minyak zaitun / minyak sayur (pilih yang Anda suka)


topping:
- kacang / mete, hancurkan
- Coklat bubuk
- Gula halus

Cara membuat:
1. Hancurkan semua biskuit
2. Lelehkan coklat batang dan bubuk coklat (tempatkan dalam wadah yang terbuat dari kaca / stainless kemudian celupkan setengah bagian wadah dalam air mendidih, aduk perlahan-lahan dalam waktu 1-3 menit sampai cokelat meleleh)
3. Campur semua bahan dan aduk sampai tercampur dengan baik
4. Ambil satu sendok adonan, bentuk menjadi bola dengan tangan Anda. lanjutkan sampai adonan habis.
5. Siapkan topping di piring kecil. Jika Anda menggunakan kacang hancur, gulingkan bola dan tekan sedikit sehingga kacang akan melekat pada bola cokelat. 
   tempatkan dalam cup kertas kecil (biasanya untuk kue kering).
6. Simpan bola cokelat ke kulkas dalam waktu 1 jam. Bola cokelat siap disantap!

Bagi yang mau bernuansa natal, bisa memakai cup merah hijau atau putih merah atau emas.

Santa knitting Hat and Booties

While doing many jobs this months before holiday, I receive a special order from my customer, Santa Baby Hat and Booties. The baby is girl and she has "M" initial name. I cant post the baby photo, but she is adorable. :) it takes two days to knitting the hat and booties.
