Dummy Food of Martabak Puas Roti John by KuroHouseofCraft

Hi Welcome again in my blog, this is 27 August 2018 where Indonesia has many visitors from abroad because we are now held on Asian games 2018 Jakarta-Palembang. I am so proud of being Indonesian because beside enjoying sports, you visitors can enjoy the rich of Indonesian culinary. We have super a lot yummy foods beside nasi goreng and rendang. Indonesia has multi food cultures that you can't ever imagine of how beautiful and how yummy it is. 

So now, I would like to give you one of special snacks of Indonesia. Called Martabak Telur, it is actually a food from middle east culture but here in Indonesia it has lighter taste and meaty. Some eggs plus onion leaves, herbs, chops of beef/lamb (now tuna also), covered with thin crispy martabak skin, and you can eat with sauce and fresh pickles also chilli. the taste so yummy, the regular one is look like this.

And last month I have the chance of making it as my food replica but it has special way to eat. Martabak that cooked with 30 cm long bread with vegetables and covered with mozzarella cheese. Looks so yummy.. If you want the real taste, buy at martabak puas
Because this in the picture is not real one, I make this from clay. Yes, it is clay. combinations of air dry clay and oven baked polymer clay.
